The Idea
Test a model that connects business partners, homeless participants, and supporting organizations.
Proof of Concept
Creating work pathways rather than relying only on aid.

Overview
The initiative brings together local businesses, homeless participants, and supporting organizations so participants can gain practical skills for real work.
The pilot tests the model, learns what works, and refines it for broader implementation.
Current status: evaluating the plan with professionals and reaching out to organizations.
One-Page Description
Test a model that connects business partners, homeless participants, and supporting organizations.
Businesses train participants, and supporting organizations help recruit and connect people to the program.
This first stage tests training formats, useful skills, essential structures, and sustainable success measures.
Pilot Needs and Goals
Funding supports a small training space, coordinators or trainers where needed, a simple platform, and a pilot course in one or two skill areas.
Train the first 5-10 homeless participants, engage at least 3-5 business partners, measure outcomes, and refine the model for a larger rollout.
Supporting this PoC means helping a real-world test of a model that could transform how homeless people are empowered toward independence.
